- Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for the timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Manage dispatch planning and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production teams.
- Liaise with transporters and follow up on vehicle reporting, loading, and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to their respective destinations.
- Maintain dispatch records, transport documents, delivery challans, and related reports.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure effective utilization of vehicles.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues and provide regular dispatch updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics documentation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile : Required Skills: Logistics and dispatch management, transporter coordination, shipment tracking, MS Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Proven experience in relevant areas within the Food Processing Industry or FMCG sector.
