Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily logistics, transportation, and distribution activities.

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal departments.

- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations.

- Select and manage transportation vendors and negotiate freight rates.

- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and other issues.

- Prepare and maintain logistics documents, shipment records, invoices, and reports.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to reduce transportation and operating expenses.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.

- Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

- Use ERP, WMS, TMS, or other logistics software to track and manage operations.

- Work closely with procurement, production, sales, finance, and customer service teams.





- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Handle logistics-related customer complaints and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics management systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments or priorities.

- Strong analytical and cost-control skills.

Typical Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply-chain operations.

- Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
