Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Import Logistics Manager to manage import shipments, coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import logistics and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other required documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance and work with the CHA for timely delivery.
- Track shipments and ensure materials reach the warehouse on schedule.
- Monitor freight costs, customs duties, and other import-related expenses.




- Ensure compliance with applicable import regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and project teams.
- Maintain import records and prepare shipment status and cost reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in import logistics and shipment management.
- Knowledge of customs clearance, Incoterms, and import documentation.
- Experience coordinating with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics documentation.

Preferred Experience Experience handling imports of interior products, flooring materials, ceiling systems, building materials, or related products will be an added advantage.

Reporting

Reports to the management or the designated department head.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
