We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to handle import and export operations, shipment coordination, customs documentation, freight forwarding, and transportation activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end import and export shipments, including domestic transportation and international logistics coordination.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers (CHA), shipping lines, transporters, and overseas suppliers/customers.
- Prepare and verify import/export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate customs clearance and follow up on shipment status,



delivery schedules, and clearance delays.
- Handle import documentation, including Bills of Entry, and export documentation, including Shipping Bills.
- Coordinate with banks and internal Accounts teams for import/export payment documentation, where applicable.
- Track shipments and maintain records of shipment schedules, freight charges, customs duties, and logistics expenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, DGFT requirements, and other import/export procedures.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, warehouse, and production teams for material movement and dispatch planning.
- Maintain import/export registers, shipment files, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on pending shipments, delivery discrepancies, and transportation claims.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
