Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive – Logistics (SCM) to manage end-to-end logistics activities, including vehicle placement, bulk material transportation, inward and outward logistics, delivery coordination, and load optimization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics operations, preferably within the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage truck and tanker placement for bulk purchase materials.

Coordinate vehicle placement for out-and-out material movements.

Arrange and monitor inward and outward logistics activities.

Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatches.

Ensure time-bound deliveries while optimizing vehicle/load utilization.

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

Track vehicle movement, delivery status, and ensure timely execution of shipments.

Handle logistics documentation and related coordination.

Resolve day-to-day transportation and delivery-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company logistics and safety procedures,



especially for chemical material transportation.

Prepare logistics-related reports, MIS, and shipment tracking records.

Handle other logistics/SCM-related assignments as required by management.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.

Experience in truck/tanker placement and bulk material movement.

Good understanding of inward & outward logistics.

Knowledge of load optimization and route planning.

Strong transporter/vendor coordination skills.

Good follow-up and communication skills.

MS Excel and basic MIS/reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict delivery timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in Logistics / SCM, preferably in the Chemical Industry.

Candidates with experience handling bulk chemicals, tankers, trucks, and industrial transportation will be preferred.

Robust coordination and problem-solving ability.

Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.

Compensation

₹4.00 – ₹4.50 LPA
