Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage day-to-day e-commerce and logistics operations, shipment coordination, and delivery-related issues. The role will focus on NDR management, shipment tracking, reshipping, RTO management, and coordination with delivery partners to ensure a smooth and efficient order delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and follow up on failed delivery attempts.
- Coordinate with delivery partners regarding shipment, delivery, and escalation-related issues.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle shipping and reshipping requirements based on delivery issues and customer requests.
- Monitor and manage RTOs, delays, cancellations, and other logistics-related exceptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, NDRs, RTOs, reshipments, and delivery performance.
- Identify recurring logistics issues and work towards reducing RTOs and improving delivery efficiency.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination with logistics and delivery partners.
- Support overall e-commerce order management and post-order operations.
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered efficiently.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, D2C operations, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of EasyEcom and hands-on understanding of e-commerce order management.
- Positive understanding of e-commerce operations, order processing, shipping, and delivery workflows.
- Strong understanding of NDR, RTO, shipment tracking, last-mile delivery, shipping, and reshipping processes.
- Experience coordinating with delivery and logistics partners.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively handle delivery-related escalations.
- Comfortable working with order data, shipment tracking, and operational reports.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced D2C environment.

What We’re Looking For Someone who is hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-ups, with a good understanding of e-commerce operations and logistics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on EasyEcom, managing orders and shipments, handling NDRs and RTOs, coordinating reshipments, and working with delivery partners to ensure a smooth customer delivery experience.
