We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in Mumbai.

The Logistics

Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our logistics and billing processes. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with various internal departments, and support the timely processing of logistics-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue tax invoices accurately and within required timelines.

- Generate, update, and maintain E-way Bills in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare Delivery Challans, dispatch documents, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) before processing invoices and dispatches.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure billing accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, POs, Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, and transport documents.
- Assist in export documentation, including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists, as applicable.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor documentation related to dispatches and follow up on pending documents as needed.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, logistics documentation, commercial operations, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of GST invoicing and E-way Bill generation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks while meeting deadlines.
