What youll do
- Be present at partner clinics and speak with patients who are exploring CarePay financing.
- Explain available EMI and financing options in clear, easy language.
- Help patients complete applications and submit the required information and documents.
- Track each case from application through lender decision and payment to the clinic.
- Coordinate with clinic staff and CarePay’s operations team to resolve delays or missing information.
- Follow up with patients when more information is needed.
- Keep accurate records of enquiries, applications and case outcomes.
- Share regular updates on common patient questions and issues from the clinic.
