Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone banking, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

- Make outbound calls to customers for sales promotion, cross-selling, and upselling of products.

- Provide excellent communication skills to build solid relationships with clients.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (preferably).

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech/BE/Any Graduation).

- Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
