We are hiring energetic and motivated field sales professionals for the role of Relationship Officer to drive business loan growth for Freecharge Biz.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Loan sales through open-market sourcing and regular field visits.
- Acquire new merchants/customers and consistently achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Manage customer relationships, handle repayment follow-ups, and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular field meetings and centre interactions.
- Review loan applications and coordinate closely with internal risk and operations teams.




- Identify new market opportunities within your assigned territory to support business expansion.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in Field Sales or Lending Products.
- Preferred Background: Hands-on experience in Open Market Sourcing and Small-Ticket LAP & Home Loan.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Personal Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving Licence (DL).
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
