Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for loan against property (LAP) products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance revenue growth.
- Build robust relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth through cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive LAP landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in mortgage loans or similar fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products such as LAPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
