Role Description The Litigation, Internal Audit – Senior and Internal Audit – Junior roles are full-time, in office positions based in Palakkad. These roles involve conducting financial and internal audits, reviewing financial records, preparing audit reports, and assisting in litigation-related documentation and analysis. Team members will evaluate internal controls, identify risks, support fraud detection activities, and recommend improvements in compliance and financial processes.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with other professionals, communicating findings to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate work papers and documentation. Seniors are expected to lead engagements, mentor junior team members, and liaise with clients, while juniors support audit execution,



data collection, and report preparation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial and analytical skills, including Finance and Analytical Skills.
- Candidates should possess robust audit capabilities, including experience with Financial Audits and preparation of Audit Reports.
- Candidates should possess effective interpersonal abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or related degrees in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance are preferred.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks, basic taxation concepts, and compliance standards will be beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and audit tools, along with attention to detail and integrity, is expected.
- Prior experience in internal audit, forensic accounting, or litigation support is an advantage, especially for the Senior role.
- For Litigation and Senior Position - CA/CMA qualified.

Litigation - Key Responsibilities > Process and review GST & Income Tax notices

> Drafting and filing tax appeals

> Maintain litigation documents and ensure proper follow up

> Assist in statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.

> Liasing with internal team and authorities
