Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in Monitoring and Observability to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience with monitoring tools, incident management, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Primary Skills

- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and production monitoring.
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
- Application, infrastructure, and system performance monitoring.
- Alert configuration, dashboard creation, and log analysis.
- Incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
- Availability, reliability, and performance optimization.

Secondary Skills
- Linux/Unix administration and basic scripting using Python or Shell.
- Cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker,



and microservices monitoring.
- ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Automation of monitoring tasks and alerting workflows.
- Experience with SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor application and infrastructure health to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify performance issues and system failures.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate monitoring and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and monitoring coverage.
