Role Overview

As a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, you’ll own our LinkedIn prospecting engine. You’ll identify ideal prospects, craft personalized outreach, build relationships, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This role blends research, writing, and relationship-building, and it’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys conversations and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, based on our ideal customer profile.
- Write personalized connection requests, InMails, and follow-up sequences that feel human, not templated.
- Engage with prospects' posts through thoughtful comments to warm up relationships before reaching out.
- Manage conversations from first reply to a booked discovery call or demo.
- Track acceptance rates, reply rates,



and meetings booked in our CRM ([HubSpot / Salesforce]).
- Test different messaging approaches and share what works with the team.
- Follow LinkedIn's usage limits and best practices to protect account health.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or an SDR/BDR role.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write concise, persuasive messages.
- A data-driven mindset and comfort adjusting your approach based on results.
- Strong organizational skills and resilience in the face of rejection.

Nice to have: experience with automation tools such as [Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy], and a B2B sales background in any industry.
