Reports To: Linen Room Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Location: Meluha The Fern – Series by Marriott / Rodas An Ecotel Hotel

Job Summary

Responsible for the proper handling, storage, issuance, and inventory control of hotel linen to ensure adequate availability of clean, hygienic, and well-maintained linen for daily hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, sort, count, and inspect incoming linen for cleanliness, damage, and stains.
- Issue clean linen to housekeeping and other departments as per authorized requirements.
- Collect, record, and segregate soiled linen for dispatch to the laundry.
- Maintain proper records of linen received, issued, returned, and damaged.
- Ensure adequate linen stock and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the linen room.
- Assist in periodic linen inventory and stocktaking.
- Identify damaged or unserviceable linen and report it for necessary action.
- Follow hotel hygiene standards, safety procedures, and departmental SOPs.




- Coordinate with the Laundry and Housekeeping teams for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SSC / HSC qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a hotel linen room or housekeeping department is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.

Required Skills
- Basic counting and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and valuable organizational abilities.
- Physical fitness to handle linen bundles and stock.
- Honesty, discipline, teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
