Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Commissioning: Read blueprints and electrical schematics to assemble, wire, and install lift doors, motors, cables, control panels, and counterweights.

- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive inspections, clean and lubricate moving parts, and conduct safety tests to prevent equipment failures.

- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions using testing tools (ammeters, voltmeters) and repair or replace defective components.

- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, and passenger entrapments, restoring protected operation efficiently.

- Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to local safety codes, OSHA guidelines, and company safety procedures (such as Lockout/Tagout).

- Documentation: Keep detailed records of service visits, maintenance logs, parts usage, and inspection reports

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
