Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Liferay Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing applications using the Liferay DXP platform, along with robust knowledge of portal development and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Liferay DXP portal platform

- Customize Liferay out-of-the-box (OOB) functionalities using Hooks, Extensions, and Themes

- Develop and manage Liferay themes, layouts, and portlets

- Work with backend technologies and integrate APIs as required

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Liferay DXP / Liferay Portal

- Experience in developing Liferay Themes, Hooks, and Extensions

- Good knowledge of Java, JSP, Servlets





- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases

- Understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Liferay upgrades and deployments

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
