Role & responsibilities

- Generate business through references, field activities, Leads and existing customer networks.

- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of premium login, policy issuance, and business activation.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to expand business opportunities.

- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure smooth policy processing.

- Coordinate with branch teams and managers for business closures and operational support.

- Maintain productivity and performance standards as defined by the organization.

- Female candidate and worked in Financial industry.
