Liaisoning Architect – Real Estate & Redevelopment

Job Summary

Meghna Realty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Architect to handle statutory approvals, building permissions, and coordination with various government authorities for real estate development and redevelopment projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely approvals and compliance with applicable development regulations and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with MCGM/BMC, MHADA, SRA, and other relevant government authorities for project approvals and permissions, as applicable.
- Handle documentation and follow-ups for IOD, Commencement Certificate (CC), Occupation Certificate (OC), and other statutory approvals.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate submission of building plans, drawings, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and government officials to facilitate approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable DCPR 2034 provisions, development control regulations, and local building requirements.
- Coordinate with design consultants for plan revisions, approval remarks, and compliance requirements.
- Track approval status, maintain records,



and ensure timely follow-up on pending applications.
- Assist in resolving technical and documentation-related queries raised by authorities.
- Support redevelopment projects from the initial proposal stage through construction approvals and project completion.

Candidate Profile
- B.Arch. degree from a recognised university.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural consultancy in Mumbai.
- Good working knowledge of MCGM/BMC approval procedures and DCPR 2034.
- Experience handling IOD, CC, OC, and redevelopment-related approvals.
- Familiarity with online approval systems and statutory documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and approval timelines independently.
