Key Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
Maintain inventory control and stock management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Implement company policies and operational standards
Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
Location: Chennai
Salary: 4,00,000 5,00,000 per annum (Store Target based Incentives)
Experience: Minimum 4 Years over exp in Retail
2 years as Store manager (or) Department manager (or) Asst store manager on paper
Qualification: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary
Shift Timings:
9:30 AM 8:00 PM / 12:30 PM - 10 PM
