Role & responsibilities

- Drive store sales by promoting eyewear products, lenses, and accessories
- Provide expert advice to customers on frames, lenses, and optical solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support store targets and KPIs including sales, conversion, and average bill value
- Assist in supervising and training junior sales staff
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and visual standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Coordinate with optometrists and store management for smooth operations
- Maintain knowledge of latest eyewear trends and product update

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATION

Minimum 35 years of experience in retail sales

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays
