Kshetry & Co. is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to join our Delhi Office as a Legal Strategic Partnership & Business Development Manager .

Position: Legal Strategic Partnership & Business Development Manager

Mode: Full Time The role focuses on developing strategic collaborations with law firms, advocates, legal professionals, corporate entities, and other relevant professional networks to support the firm's business growth and expand its professional reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with law firms, advocates, independent legal practitioners, and professional service providers.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referral partners and institutional contacts, in accordance with applicable legal and professional ethics.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop collaboration proposals, and support the firm's client acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Initiate and manage skilled relationships through meetings, networking events, industry interactions, and strategic outreach.
- Coordinate with the firm's leadership and legal teams to facilitate effective collaboration, client onboarding, and relationship management.
- Maintain records of partnership activities,



business development opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's professional presence and service reach.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Law, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, relationship management, or client acquisition, preferably within a law firm or professional services organisation.
- Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with legal practitioners, law firms, and corporate stakeholders.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the legal services sector and professional ethics is highly desirable.
