Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review & negotiate franchise, commercial and business agreements.
- Manage retail leases, licenses & property compliance.
- Handle labour & employment matters and statutory compliance.
- Manage litigation, arbitration and legal disputes.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and maintain legal documentation & SOPs.
- Identify legal risks and advise senior management to protect company interests.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, landlords and authorities.

Candidate Criteria

- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
- LLB / LLM qualification
- Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of commercial, property & labour laws
- Litigation/dispute management experience preferred
- Solid communication & analytical skills
