Position: Legal Consultant (Real Estate)

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle RERA compliance and documentation.
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support for real estate projects, transactions, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with advocates, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

- LLB / LLM qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Solid knowledge of RERA,



property laws, and legal drafting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.

Experience: 3+ Years Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
