We are looking for a Legal Associate with a strong interest in technology law, emerging legal fields, legal research, and international matters. The role offers opportunities to learn from foreign-trained practitioners and work on assignments involving evolving legal and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on relevant Indian and international laws, regulations, and case law.
- Research emerging legal issues involving AI, data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and technology.
- Assist with legal analysis, drafting, and research-based assignments.
- Analyse legal and regulatory developments across specialised practice areas.
- Support international legal research and assignments.
- Collaborate with practitioners on technology-focused legal matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong legal research, analytical,



and writing skills.
- Good understanding of legal principles and case-law analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Genuine interest in technology law and emerging areas of legal practice.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage assignments effectively.

Candidates with academic or professional exposure to technology law, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, cyberlaw, or international legal research will be an advantage.
