Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Accounts Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Accountancy and related Commerce subjects, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and supporting students in developing strong conceptual and practical knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, assignments, and question papers.
- Explain accounting concepts, principles, and practical problems clearly to students.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and examinations and evaluate student performance.
- Provide academic guidance and doubt-clearing support to students.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and relevant academic curriculum.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.




- Participate in faculty meetings, academic activities, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
- Maintain required academic records and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Commerce concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to prepare notes, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

Eligibility
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with teaching experience in Accounts/Commerce will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
