The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Learning and Development

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and plants.
- Develop and implement the annual training calendar.
- Design and deliver technical, behavioural and leadership training programs.
- Manage induction and onboarding programs for current employees.

Leadership and Capability Building

- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive managerial and people development programs.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees.

Compliance and Training Management

- Ensure completion of statutory, safety, quality and POSH trainings.
- Maintain training records and support audit requirements.
- Coordinate with plant teams to ensure compliance training effectiveness.

Learning Effectiveness and Culture

- Track training effectiveness, participation and ROI.
- Prepare training reports and dashboards for management review.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Drive digital learning initiatives and LMS adoption.

Mandatory Requirements





- 8-12 years of LandD experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations.
- Solid experience in TNA, training design, facilitation and leadership development.
- Ability to deliver technical training related to plastic manufacturing.
- Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms and learning analytics.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital tools.
- Experience in measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives across locations.

Preferred Experience

- Plastic manufacturing, rotational moulding, automotive plastics, tanks, or related industries.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Training and Facilitation, or Learning and Development.
- Experience with psychometric tools and digital learning systems.
