Job Title: Lead – Vendor Partnership

Lead - Vendor Partnership will and manage strategic third-party partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure delivery of business objectives, operational excellence, and value realization. Oversee vendor governance, contract and financial management, SLA performance, risk and compliance requirements, while partnering with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to drive effective supplier performance and continuous improvement.

The incumbent would –

- Lead strategic vendor and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Oversee contract governance, financial management, invoice approvals, and commercial performance of third-party partners.
- Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics, SLAs, and governance mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to drive effective partner management.
- Manage escalations, resolve service-related issues,



and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct performance reviews and business reviews with external partners.
- Support risk identification, compliance monitoring, and governance activities across strategic partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor productivity, service quality, and business outcomes.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Experience managing large and complex third-party partnerships and service providers.
- Proven experience in contract management, vendor governance, and operational performance management.
- Experience working in GCCs, shared services, BPO/outsourcing environments, or large multinational organizations.
- Track record of driving service improvements, cost optimization, and vendor accountability.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- 18 + years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Governance, Outsourcing, Service Delivery Management, Business Operations, Procurement, or Partner Management roles
