Title: Lead System Reliability Engineer

: Key Responsibilities

- Lead application support and automation activities for production environments.
- Troubleshoot application, system, and database-related issues.
- Work extensively with Linux environments for system administration and troubleshooting.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring tools.
- Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem, and service management.
- Use SQL and PL/SQL for database troubleshooting and operational requirements.
- Design and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop automation scripts using Groovy, YAML, and Shell scripting.
- Manage source code and version control using Git and Bitbucket.
- Support Kubernetes environments and troubleshoot containerized applications.




- Work with AWS services and support cloud-based application environments.
- Drive automation and reliability improvements across application support processes.

Required Skills

- 9+ years of experience in System Reliability/Application Support and Automation.
- Robust experience with Linux.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and troubleshooting.
- Good experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Strong experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.
- Experience with Groovy, YAML, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
