We are seeking a Partner Sales Lead to scale our Databricks alliance in Manufacturing, drive joint selling with industry teams, and build a high-value pipeline for sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape and expand a multi-level Databricks alliance across field sales, executive leadership, and Manufacturing industry teams.
- Define and execute joint go-to-market and co-selling strategies aligned to shared growth priorities.
- Build a scalable pipeline engine that creates qualified,



high-value opportunities through targeted market initiatives.
- Align Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Technology teams around an integrated partner growth agenda.
- Cultivate executive sponsorship and governance to accelerate strategic decisions and joint investments.
- Establish explicit pipeline, revenue, and partnership performance metrics to drive accountability and growth.
- Position differentiated AI, data engineering, cloud migration, and analytics solutions to strengthen market relevance and customer value.

Experience

- 5- 7+ years of B2B alliances and technology sales.
- Demonstrated success driving growth through and with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Proven experience building and scaling strategic alliances across the U.S. market.
- Consistent track record of surpassing revenue goals and delivering sustainable business growth.
