Company Profile A fast-growing Indian logistics and supply chain solutions organization with operations across multiple states. The company provides integrated warehousing, transportation, distribution and contract logistics solutions and is focused on expanding its business and service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customized warehouse solutions, including storage layouts, racking systems, manpower planning and operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed costing and pricing models covering warehouse rent, manpower, equipment, infrastructure and operating expenses.
- Manage large RFQs, tenders, client proposals, site assessments and commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop recent business opportunities and close contract logistics deals.
- Engage with client supply chain and logistics leaders to understand requirements and present commercially viable solutions.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.
- Develop standard costing tools, pricing models and solution design processes.




- Build and lead a business development and solution design team as the business expands.

Candidate Requirements

- 8-15 years of experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain Solutions.
- Strong experience in warehouse solution design, costing, pricing and financial modelling.
- Proven exposure to large RFQs, tenders and client-facing commercial discussions.
- Experience supporting or leading business development, negotiations and contract closures.
- Good understanding of warehouse layouts, racking systems, material handling equipment, manpower planning and warehouse operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of AutoCAD or warehouse layout design tools is preferred.
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc., preferably with an MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations or Marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work with Indore as the base location and travel across operational locations.

Preferred Background Candidates from 3PL, contract logistics, warehouse solution design, supply chain consulting or integrated logistics companies.
