"Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Business analysis certification preferred — CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or an Agile BA / Scrum credential. (Financial certifications like CFA or FRM are highly advantageous).

8-10 years of business-analysis experience, including delivery in Treasury, Capital Markets, or ALM — ideally in the financial services sector.

Robust requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), use-case and user-story authoring.

Experience Producing BRDs, Functional Specifications, And Requirements Traceability Matrices.

Experience supporting vendor evaluation and fit/gap analysis against documented requirements.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Front-to-Back trade lifecycles.

Deep understanding of Treasury asset classes, including FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, and Interest Rate Derivatives.

Familiarity with financial messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT MT / ISO 20022) and market data API integrations.

Comfort with backlog and analysis tooling (e.g., Jira / Azure DevOps) and process-modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio)."
