Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant/Architect with a strong technical background to lead the design and implementation of enterprise HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery. This role requires a balance of expert-level development, strong architectural principles, and exceptional client-facing communication skills to work closely with stakeholders and manage offshore development teams.

Core Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with industry best practices.

System Architecture: Apply deep architectural principles to create efficient, reliable configurations and oversee the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Offshore Delivery Management:



Collaborate and coordinate closely with offshore development teams to guide technical execution and ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on development expertise while ensuring system reliability, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow governance principles.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, configuration, development, and implementation.

Proven expertise in designing and maintaining complex ServiceNow HRSD integrations with Workday.

Solid appreciation and practical understanding of core software architecture and design principles applied to enterprise ServiceNow ecosystems.

Skilled & Operational Skills

Strong client-facing abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated capability in managing diverse stakeholder environments and translating business needs into technical designs.

Experience leading or collaborating with offshore delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
