AI Trainer Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer with a strong background in Generative AI and a proven track record in training and implementing advanced AI concepts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langraph, LangChain, Agentic AI, and Cloud AI Services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs on LLM, RAG concepts, Langraph, and LangChain implementations.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions for teams on Agentic AI and Cloud AI Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.

Mandatory Skills

- Extensive experience in Generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Robust understanding of LLM and RAG concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Langraph and LangChain implementations.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI and Cloud AI Services.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in developing training materials and documentation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in AI training or related roles.
- Proven track record of successful training delivery and implementation.
