Job Requirements
"6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development with solid hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Case Management/Customer Service, including forms, entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
Hands-on experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, integrations, and client-side JavaScript.
Experience in data migration from on-premise Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 Cloud, preferably using Scribe Insight or equivalent migration tools.
Ability to independently handle technical deliverables and lead/guide technical resources while working closely with project and client teams.
Strong troubleshooting and delivery skills; experience with Dynamics 365 Cloud/Azure, best practices, POCs, and reusable accelerators is preferred."
