Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET / QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and core Java, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Lead the QA automation team in implementing best practices and methodologies for testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on automation frameworks and tools.




- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Proficient in core Java programming.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing and automation.
