Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Specialist with extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a strong expertise in Tosca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Tosca.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that software updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.




- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust expertise in Tosca for test automation.
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience in API testing and performance testing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation using Tosca.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
