Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in Python and the Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role requires a strong understanding of automation testing principles and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and the Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation best practices.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a transparent and concise manner.




- Mentor junior team members in automation testing techniques and tools.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Hands-on experience with the Robot Framework for test automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
- Experience with performance testing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
