Responsible for end-to-end automated Windows Server patch management across approximately 2,500 servers, including Citrix infrastructure, ensuring timely deployment of OS and Non-OS patches with minimal business impact and high security compliance.

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute Windows Server patching activities across Production and Non-Production environments. Assess application and Citrix dependencies, define maintenance windows, and coordinate downtime with stakeholders. Perform patch testing and validation in Non-Production environments prior to Production deployment.

Conduct pre- and post-patch health checks and execute rollback plans when required. Manage change activities, including CR creation, approvals, implementation, and reporting. Monitor patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, and deployment success rates using enterprise tools.

Troubleshoot patch-related issues and coordinate with Infrastructure, Application, Security, and Citrix teams. Maintain patching documentation, compliance reports, and operational procedures. Hands-on experience on patch automation/process automation

Experience 7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management. Hands-on with patch automation/process automation

Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys. Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers. Good understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures. Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
