"Direct the design and maintenance of scalable E2E automation frameworks for validating conversational

AI, search engines, and business-critical APIs. As the automation lead for regional healthcare search initiatives, you will drive comprehensive coverage across search interfaces, complex routing logic,

security performance, and accessibility pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and scaling of end-to-end automation solutions using Playwright,

Selenium, and API testing tools.
- Validate intelligent search interfaces, conversational AI interactions, and multi-turn context logic

across diverse responsive platforms.
- Execute automated performance and stress testing using JMeter and Artillery to optimize latency

for critical search functions.
- Direct security validation workflows, including vulnerability scans and server-side configuration

checks with OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite.
- Incorporate automated accessibility pipelines to ensure continuous adherence to WCAG

standards using Lighthouse and Axe-core.
- Develop and manage sophisticated CI/CD testing gates to maintain high quality standards





throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Guide and upskill quality engineering teams in modern automation techniques to enhance

regression coverage and efficiency.

What we are looking for

- Possess between 6 and 10 years of extensive experience in automated software testing.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in core automation technologies including Playwright,

Selenium, Postman, and Appium.
- History of engineering automated security and performance frameworks utilizing OWASP ZAP,

JMeter, or equivalent platforms.
- Skilled in verifying cross-functional integrations with Azure AI Search, Sitefinity CMS, and

various API Gateways.
- Advanced proficiency in development languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or

Python.
- Competency in executing backend data validation and integrity testing through SQL database

queries.
- Superior aptitude for team leadership, qualified mentorship, and managing complex

stakeholder relationships."
