Overview: We are seeking a skilled AWS Platform Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives and drive automation, security, scalability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, application platforms, databases, and Linux administration. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK/Kafka, Cognito, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Terraform, Python, Tomcat, Oracle, and Linux.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to design, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve reliable cloud platforms.As an AWS Platform Engineer, your primary duties will involve the design, deployment, automation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.

Key responsibilities include: AWS Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using services such as EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK/Kafka, Cognito, Lambda, Secrets Manager, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and S3.

Kubernetes and EKS: Build, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Amazon EKS clusters, including worker nodes, namespaces, deployments, services, ingress, autoscaling, networking, upgrades, and cluster security.





Infrastructure as Code: Automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure using Terraform, following reusable modules, environment consistency, version control, state management, and infrastructure lifecycle best practices.

Python Automation: Develop Python scripts, utilities, and tooling to support cloud automation, monitoring, integrations, operational workflows, reporting, and incident response.

Serverless Applications: Build, deploy, secure, and maintain AWS Lambda functions and event-driven architectures, including integration with API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and other AWS services.

Containerization and Deployment: Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, and implement deployment automation through CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tooling Skilled Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on AWS.

AWS Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK/Kafka, Cognito, Lambda, Secrets Manager, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, and load-balancing services.
