AI lead with extertise on document parsing and chatbot using snowflake and AWS capabilities. who can lead the solution and deliver it. We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to drive the design, development, and delivery of our next-generation AI solutions. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers to build high-impact Document Parsing pipelines and advanced Conversational AI (Chatbot) systems.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical strategy and execution, leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure and Snowflake’s data capabilities to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI products.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of document processing (IDP) and chatbot/GenAI solutions.Solution Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring timelines, performance metrics, and security standards are met.Hands-on Development: Write clean, production-ready code, build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and orchestrate complex workflows.Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor,



and conduct code reviews for a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and executives to align AI capabilities with business goals.Required Technical SkillsAI & Machine Learning: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and framework ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).Document Parsing: Proven track record building Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) systems using tools like AWS Textract, layout-aware LLMs, or specialized OCR frameworks to extract insights from unstructured text/PDFs.Conversational AI: Experience developing enterprise chatbots, virtual assistants, or RAG-based search engines.AWS Ecosystem: Proficiency in AWS AI/ML services including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS/EKS.Snowflake Data Cloud: Strong experience using Snowflake for data warehousing, alongside advanced features like Cortex AI, Snowpark, and SQL optimization for managing unstructured and structured datasets.MLOps & Engineering: Robust programming skills in Python and experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and ML model monitoring.
