Senior AI Test Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gen AI Test Engineer to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML testing and a strong understanding of generative AI technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement test strategies for generative AI applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to understand AI model functionalities and requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet business requirements.




- Provide insights and recommendations for improving testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML testing.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in AI/ML testing.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or software testing are a plus.
