Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a solid background in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and a deep understanding of automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, particularly with a focus on Automation AI technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and performance of our software products through effective automation strategies.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and create comprehensive test plans.
- Implement Automation AI tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.




- Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Automation SDET principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Automation AI technologies and tools.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in API testing and automation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA automation and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
