Job Title: Senior Software Tester

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Tester with extensive experience in automated testing using Selenium, Java, and Python, along with proficiency in the Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing strategies and execution.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and Python.
- Implement and maintain test frameworks using Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.




- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficiency in Java (deal breaker skill).
- Strong experience with Selenium for automated testing.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
- Experience in API testing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
