Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Lead with extensive experience in Python and Playwright to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and mentoring junior QA team members.

Responsibilities

- Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor and train junior QA engineers on best practices and tools.




- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficient in Python programming.
- Solid experience with Playwright for automated testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in leading QA teams and projects.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Experience with other testing frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven track record of leading QA initiatives in a consultancy environment.
