Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with extensive experience in software testing methodologies and a solid proficiency in Postman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Utilize Postman for API testing, ensuring all endpoints function as expected.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality.




- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge and experience with Postman for API testing.
- Proficient in software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on API testing using Postman.
- Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
