Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled a robust background in AWS Data Engineering and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience, with expertise in AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and SQL. You will play a crucial role in leading data integration projects, ensuring high-quality data processing, and managing teams in an onshore-offshore model.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of ETL solutions using Ab Initio.
- Own end-to-end data integration, processing, and quality solutions across multiple projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data architecture standards.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage development activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Design Ab Initio graphs, conduct parameterization for reusability and scalability.




- Drive teams in large data programs and play an architect role in project execution.
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
- AWS Data Services (Redshift, Glue, SQL)
- ETL Development using Ab Initio
- Strong experience in Linux and Database management
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Spring Boot (Deal Breaker Skill)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with data architecture and data quality standards
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of additional ETL tools and frameworks

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AWS or data engineering are a plus.
