We are currently hiring for a Lead QA Engineer to support our client project in the (Banking Domain).

Position: Lead QA Engineer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: North-South Side

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA activities across multiple projects and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
- Review test artifacts and provide guidance to QA team members.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Prepare and present QA status reports, test metrics, and quality assessments.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best testing practices.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall QA experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Manual Testing experience.
- Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services Domain.
- Expertise in Test Planning, Test Case Design,



Defect Management, and Test Execution.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading QA teams and coordinating testing activities.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with API Testing and Database Validation.
- Knowledge of Banking applications, payments, lending, cards, or digital banking platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead testing efforts independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes within timelines.
