Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead NodeJS Engineer to architect and deliver high-quality, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NodeJS frameworks, API architecture, and microservices, along with a passion for leading teams and delivering enterprisegrade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and ExpressJS frameworks.

- Design and implement scalable, modular, and secure backend systems.

- Architect APIs, integrate databases, and manage authentication mechanisms.

- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

- Drive code reviews, sprint planning, and mentor backend developers.

- Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Lead deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

- Review code and perform refactoring to improve code quality,



maintainability, and performance.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to support their growth.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Expertise in NodeJS with solid command over NestJS and ExpressJS.

- Proficiency in API architecture and integration with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with Serverless environments (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and ensure delivery excellence.
